Housing compliance teams come here to read the law. Your listing sits beside it.
Placements for suppliers of inspection equipment, sensors, repairs software and specialist trades, on pages written for the people preparing for Awaab’s Law Phase 2.
Who reads it
People who have to act on Awaab’s Law, and the firms they bring in to do the work.
Social landlords
Councils and housing associations, and the repair and compliance teams who answer to the Awaab’s Law deadlines.
Housing teams
Housing officers and surveyors: the people who take a tenant’s report and go out to investigate it.
Contractors
Trades and maintenance firms that carry out the safety work and the follow-up repairs for a landlord.
Tenants read the site too. Placements appear only on pages written for landlords and contractors.
Placements
Three formats. Each is labelled “Ad” and sits beside the content it relates to.

A fuller entry for software used across the whole Awaab’s Law process, from report to repair.
The repairs and housing systems list, which covers every hazard.
Guide note
A short note in the guide’s own type, such as beside the Phase 2 guide’s advice on case management systems.

How we run it
- Every placement is labelled “Ad”, and its link is marked as sponsored for search engines.
- Paying does not move anyone up the neutral listings. They stay alphabetical.
- We check your wording against your own website. Nothing may say or suggest that a product makes a landlord compliant.
- Each month we can tell you how many clicks your placement had. We count clicks, not who made them.
- If the law changes, the page changes, whoever is advertising on it.
